Terms & Conditions of Entry

  1. ​Neither the land owners nor the organisers accept liability for any accident, illness or damage to horses, owners, spectators, ground or any person or property whatsoever.

  2. The judge’s decision is final at all times.

  3. Under no circumstances will entry fees be refunded due to cancellation by competitors, unless accompanied by a veterinary certificate. If the whole event is cancelled for any reason the Committee reserve the right to retain up to 25% of the entry fee to cover administration costs etc.

  4. Riding hats to the latest BHS standards and correct footwear must be worn at all times when mounted.

  5. Any complaint must be made in writing within 15 minutes of the incident to the secretary with a deposit of £25.00, which is refundable if the objection is sustained.

  6. Horses and ponies must be over 4 years old and over in all ridden classes.

  7. All children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

  8. No galloping or misuse of horses and ponies is allowed on the show ground.

  9. A safety steward has been appointed for this show and his/her decision is final.

  10. All horses and ponies must be ready to enter the arena when called.

  11. No unauthorized person is allowed in the show jumping arena.

  12. NO SKIPPING OUT OF LORRIES AND TRAILERS ON THE SHOWGROUND AND PICK UP ALL DROPPINGS AROUND YOUR VEHICLE.

  13. No horses and ponies to be left tied to trailers or lorries unattended at any time.

  14. Dogs must be kept on leads at all times.

  15. Areas outside of the jumping arena apart from access to the sand school are strictly prohibited.

  16. By entering the show, competitors are agreeing to the terms and conditions of entry.
